How long have you been with Golden Limousine?
In December of this year, I will have been with Golden Limousine International for 6 years.
What is your role?
My most recent title is Customer Care Representative, but my role extends beyond the title. I'm typically the first connection between clients (or prospective clients) and Golden Limousine. Clients rely on me for assistance, whether they have questions, need support, or are booking transportation services.
What do you enjoy most about working at Golden?
Everything! My colleagues, the work environment — it's all amazing. Sean has truly built a family-like atmosphere, and you can feel that sense of support and teamwork every day. Most of all, it’s the satisfaction of delivering a service that meets — and often exceeds — the client’s expectations.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I share various interests, including golf, and we adore spending time with our 4-year-old grandson. We also love to travel, which often involves visiting friends we’ve made over the years during our motorcycle trips.
What's your favorite food?
It really depends on what I’m in the mood for, but at the top of my list is Sauerbraten from Metzger’s Restaurant.
What brings you joy?
My grandson is first and foremost, along with his mommy — they both bring so much joy to my life. My puppies are also a big source of happiness; there’s nothing quite like coming home to their excited welcome!
I find joy in the relationships I’ve built over the years with Golden, our affiliates, and our clients. I really look forward to the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly interactions that have grown and strengthened over time.
