What is your role?
Golden Limousine Dispatcher.
What made you decide to pursue your position at Golden Limousine?
I started as a CDL driver, and I wanted to gain knowledge and responsibility in the transportation industry.
What do you enjoy most about working at Golden?
I really enjoy the atmosphere and comradery at Golden. We all work very well together, and the team is very supportive.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part is trying to balance the everchanging world of transportation to ensure we are providing top tier service to our clients.
What does a typical workday at Golden Limousine look like for you?
Every day is a bit different here at Golden. There is not one typical workday. In the dispatch department we are constantly reviewing schedules, checking in chauffeurs, monitoring the boards, checking flight times, giving detailers their list, and decorating the trolley!
With Golden's diverse fleet, are there certain vehicles that you enjoy working on more than others? If so, why?
My favorite vehicle is the Trolley because I love the retro look. It is aesthetically pleasing.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
We are a very outdoorsy family. We love camping, fishing, archery, and animals.
What's your favorite food?
Pizza is my favorite. It has to be chicken, bacon, & ranch.
What brings you joy?
My child and my animals. Helping other people and making them happy!
