Motorcoach Apprenticeship Program
We are excited to announce the launch of our Department of Labor-approved Motorcoach Apprenticeship Program.
This innovative, competency-based program equips CDL holders with the hands-on training, mentoring, and certification needed to advance their skills and build a rewarding career in motorcoach transportation.
As Golden HR Specialist Peter Jonik explains, “Motorcoach operators are skilled tradespeople, and as a luxury brand, we must have a training culture. This apprenticeship creates that standard.”
Each apprentice is matched with a dedicated mentor, a senior or master motorcoach operator who offers consistent guidance and monitors their development every step of the way. Upon completion of the program, graduates earn both U.S. Department of Labor certification and a Master Motorcoach Operator certificate from MCI Academy.
Golden Limousine International has been recognized by Michigan Works as a Champion of Apprenticeship because of our leadership in expanding apprenticeship opportunities within the transportation industry.
