How long have you been with Golden Limousine?

What is your role?
Recruiter.
What made you decide to be a Recruiter?
I went to school to be in Human Resources, and I am passionate about helping people. The best way to help someone is to find a job that they are passionate about.
What do you enjoy most about working at Golden?
I love the flexibility that Golden Limousine provides. I can spend plenty of time with my kids and advance in my career. I also love connecting with new people and helping them find their dream job.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Finding the right fit for the positions. We have a high standard at Golden and I want to make sure that the candidates meet/exceed our expectations.
What does a typical workday at Golden Limousine look like for you?
I am smiling and dialing most of the day. I’m connecting with candidates and interviewing them over the phone. I’m also responsible for on-boarding and keeping our HR team updated.
With Golden's diverse fleet, are there certain vehicles that you enjoy more than others? If so, why?
I love the Mercedes Executive Sprinter. It is GORGEOUS!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I am usually spending time with my kids and working on various house projects. This weekend I’m doing yard work since it is beautiful outside.
What's your favorite food?
Fried macaroni and cheese. You need to try it.
What brings you joy?
My family and my friends!
